4. Emergency Services

We provide 24/7 emergency locksmith services. Emergency services are subject to:

Availability of qualified technicians
Weather and traffic conditions
Response time may vary based on location and demand
Emergency service rates may apply outside normal business hours
Additional charges may apply for services outside our primary service areas

5. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is based on:

Type of service required
Time of day (emergency rates may apply)
Location and travel distance
Parts and materials required
Complexity of the job

We provide transparent pricing and will provide estimates before beginning work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

6. Service Guarantees

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Four Keys Locksmith Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
